SDHR implements programs for government employees for March

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) in is implementing its electronic training programs for the month of March, which target Sharjah government employees from all cities and regions of the emirate in Sharjah, the central region and the eastern region.
The programs are implemented in a remote training system via Microsoft Teams. They are classified according to the following systems: foundational and leadership programs, institutional development, behavioral programs, community culture system, excellence and creativity, public relations and communication, customer service, secretarial and office management, human resources and training system, marketing programs system, financial programs, and health and safety.
The March programmes included archiving and electronic data preservation, information security methods, project management and economic feasibility studies, the concept of public relations and media, operational objectives and the role of the direct manager, mechanisms of modern leadership thought, adaptive leadership: tools and tactics, leadership development according to Six Sigma standards, and ensuring Business continuity in various circumstances, the foundations of strategic leadership according to future visions, career development, training and institutional performance improvement, quality in organizational development, knowledge management and its role in sustainable development, setting priorities and building development plans, secrets of happiness at work, communication protocol with officials, and magnetic personality at work, And the development of work culture, skills of planning and organizing work, International Women’s Day, transforming an idea for a successful project, the International Day of Happiness, future creativity and leadership, intellectual leadership skills, emotional intelligence at work, design thinking, flexible creativity and innovation at work, adaptive intelligence and excellence in the work environment, Management of institutional excellence in light of the effects of Corona, management of advanced strategic public relations, public relations campaigns: from planning to implementation, Emirati standards for customer service, expressive body language, administrative excellence for secretaries and administrators, secretarial and updates, skills for job descriptions and classification, and preparation and qualification of human resources specialists and training.
Training programs are implemented within the framework of the department’s plans to provide opportunities for skill development through e-learning, in order to keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.
